Mixed Fruit Smoothie

Protein powder is the “secret” ingredient that makes this smoothie so good for you in the morning. If you’re making it with frozen fruit, use only 3 ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 peach, peeled
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 3 Tbs. soy protein powder
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. honey or 1 packet no-calorie sweetener, optional

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in blender, and purée until smooth.
