Old-Fashioned Kettle Corn

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 8 cups popped popcorn
Preparation
1. Combine oil, sugar and 2 Tbs. water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 3 minutes. Toss popcorn with sugar mixture in large bowl. Cool 5 minutes, then serve, or store in airtight container.
