Sesame Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbs. tahini
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
- In blender, combine all ingredients and process until well blended. Taste for seasoning. Serve over mixed salad greens.
