10 (7-inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
Preheat oven to 375F. Make seasoning mix: In small bowl, combine all ingredients until blended.
Coat 2 large baking sheets with cooking oil spray. Arrange tortilla wedges on prepared sheets. Coat wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mix and bake chips until crisp, about 6 minutes. Serve right away.
