Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbs. curry powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Preparation
- In large shallow glass bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and wellblended.
- Add vegetables or other foods to be marinated, turning to coat.
- If preparing ahead, store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two days. Stir well before using.
