Ingredients

  • 4 medium juice oranges
  • 1-inch wedge very ripe papaya, cut into small chunks
  • 1 overripe large banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 ice cube

Preparation

  1. Squeeze juice from oranges and pour into blender; there should be about 3/4 cup. Add papaya, banana, ginger and ice. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is creamy and golden. Pour into tall glass and serve.
