Ingredients
- 4 medium juice oranges
- 1-inch wedge very ripe papaya, cut into small chunks
- 1 overripe large banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1 ice cube
Preparation
- Squeeze juice from oranges and pour into blender; there should be about 3/4 cup. Add papaya, banana, ginger and ice. Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is creamy and golden. Pour into tall glass and serve.
