Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 1 stalk celery with leaves, cut into pieces
  • 1 beet, cut into pieces
  • 1⁄8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Using a juicer, process all ingredients except cayenne. Whisk in cayenne. Serve in tall glass.
