Supermarkets and natural foods stores now stock an amazing array of tropical juices and nectars. You can use our blend, or create your own variation for a delicious cocktail to welcome your guests. For an extra frill, stir and serve these drinks with sugar-cane swizzle sticks (available in some supermarkets or through melissas.com and friedas.com).
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups guava nectar or passion fruit juice
- Ice cubes
- Rum, optional
- 6 lime slices
Preparation
- Combine fruit nectars and juice in large pitcher; chill. 2. To serve, put several ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Add shot of rum to each one, if desired, and fill glasses with juice mixture. Stir to mix, and garnish with lime slices.
