- 3 oz sliced baked tofu
- 3 slices tomato
- ¼ sliced avocado
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 grapefruit
Toast 2 slices whole grain bread and make a sandwich with 3 oz sliced baked tofu, 3 slices tomato, ¼ sliced avocado, and 2 lettuce leaves.
Serve with a grapefruit half and coffee or tea.
