- 1/2 cup store-bought whole-grain waffle mix
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup plant-based milk
Prepare 1/2 cup store-bought whole-grain waffle mix as directed on package, omitting eggs and milk and adding ½ tsp cinnamon and ½ tbsp ground flax. Cook as directed on package. Then top with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Serve with 1 cup plant-based milk and coffee or tea.
