- 1/2 cup uncooked whole-grain corn grits
- 1 cup fresh greens (such as mustard, collard, or dandelion)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 orange
- 1 cup protein-rich plant-based milk (e.g. almond or soy)

Cook 1/2 cup uncooked whole-grain corn grits as directed on package. Stir in 1 cus fresh greens (such as mustard, collard, or dandelion) and cook just until wilted, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Enjoy with a sliced orange and 1 cup of plant-based milk.
