- ½ cup quinoa
- ¼ cup dried cherries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
Cook ½ cup quinoa as directed on package. Stir in ¼ cup dried cherries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 1 tbsp pistachios.
Serve with 1/2 cup plant-based milk and coffee or tea.
