The holiday season can be a stressful time for everyone… Watch this video to see a bath time ritual on how you can relax this winter!

Directions: Add 3-4 drops of chamomile and lavender essential oil with 1-2 teaspoons of a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, and combine into a bowl of magnesium flakes. (This allows the flakes to be a conductor for the essential oils but they are also great for softening and hydrating your skin!) Fill up the bathtub with warm water, scoop a handful of flakes into the tub and enjoy!
