Inversion Challenge, Day 5: Crow Pose

Yoga teacher and former NFL football player Derrick “DJ” Townsel demonstrates how to set yourself up for a solid Bakasana (Crow Pose).

Now that you’ve practiced going fully upside down, let’s take it back to your mat. Ground down through your fingers, focus your gaze, and call upon your core to develop a more-stable Crow Pose. Bring blocks to help you get there!

This video is part of a seven-day inversion challenge hosted by yoga teacher and former NFL football player Derrick “DJ” Townsel. Find all the videos in this series here.
