The breath I demonstrate in this video can literally calm your nerves in just a few repetitions. Breathing through the left nostril brings an instant relaxation response, while neck rolls activate the parasympathetic nervous system. With regular practice, this technique will become a safe zone to return to again and again. When I cannot fall asleep, this is my go-to, three-minute sleep aid.
