This meditation can help you process difficult emotions.

During these uncertain times, many people are experiencing high levels of fear. Experiencing difficult emotions is an unavoidable part of life. Over time, we often begin to try to suppress or run away from intense emotions and feelings, labeling them as unwanted or negative. Resisting our emotions just creates more unease in the body and mind. The more we learn to sit with our difficult feelings and send loving awareness to them, we can access the message that emotion is trying to communicate, and allow it to pass with ease. In this meditation, you will learn to sit with these feelings of fear, and lovingly soothe yourself back to a state of peace and groundedness.
