A 20-Minute Sequence to Feel Good in YOUR Body

This 20-minute gentle sequence, called “My Body Don’t Bend That Way,” was designed by yoga therapist Marsha Banks-Harold to help every body feel comfortable in yoga poses, so that everyone can unlock the benefits of the practice: freedom of movement, stress release, and a sense of groundedness and liberation. This sequence is great for beginners, or anyone who wants to practice mindful awareness.
