Yoga Journal's gratitude yoga playlist will remind you to reconnect with the ones you love.

Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to ramp up your gratitude practice on and off the mat. Spending time with family and eating the classic dishes we all love is great—but remember to set some time for yourself this week for time to reflect, meditate and flow. When you practice self-love, you can be fully present with your loved ones.

We recommend adding some juicy heart-openers like reverse namaste and camel pose into this practice. And don't forget to set an intention at the beginning of your practice.

Not ready to create your own sequence? Use one of these 30 beginner sequences to get your started.
