Set 1: How I treat myself is how I’m treated.
The world will only be able to see you as as wonderful as you see yourself. When you think about how you want to be treated, spoken to, and seen, it’s important to turn inward and be sure you are treating yourself with the utmost respect and love. Review the two movements, hit play, and alternate between them for the duration of the song.
Movement 1: Jump squat
Mantra 1: How I treat myself
With your feet hip-distance apart, lower down to a squat and jump up into the air. Repeat this movement four times. Sync your movement with the rhythm of the music or move at your own pace.
Movement 2: Front skier jumps
Mantra 2: Is how I am treated
Start in a short runner’s stance with your right foot in front of your left and your weight centered between your legs. Jump up and switch your legs so your left foot comes forward. Switch, switch, switch. Keep your knees soft and jumps light. Repeat 8 times.
Music: Be Right There, Diplo
Set 2: Love is the key and it starts with me.
The answer to every question and the solution to every problem is love. It all begins with you. Have courage to be the first to bring love into each and every one of life’s events. Review the two moves, hit play, and alternate between them for the duration of the song.
Movement 1: Jet jumps
Mantra 1: Love is the key
Start standing on your left leg. Extend your right leg out with your toe pointed and then jump on to the right leg. As you land, bend the left leg at the knee so your left ankle touches your right heel. Extend your left leg out and jump on to that leg, bending the right leg so your right ankle is at your left heel. Switch from side to side. Keep it light! Repeat 4 times.
Movement 2: Hip swivels
Mantra 2: And it starts with me
With your arms in the air, pop your right hip and tap your left toe. Then, hop and twist to your left. Pop your left hip and tap your right toe. Twist back and forth, keeping your hips loose. Have fun with it! Repeat 8 times.
Music: Move Your Body, Sia
Set 3: I am enough. I have enough.
So many of us get stuck in limited thinking and feelings of lack. But the truth is, there is nothing missing, and there is nothing wrong. In this moment, decide that who you are and what you have is enough. In fact, it is plenty. Review the two moves, hit play, and alternate between them for the duration of the song.
Movement 1: Side to side
Mantra 1: I am enough
Jump your feet apart with more weight on the right leg. Then, jump onto your right leg, bringing your left foot up towards your right knee. Jump out again, this time with more weight on the left leg. Jump onto your left leg with your right foot coming up towards your left knee. Repeat eight times.
Movement 2: Twists
Mantra 2: I have enough
Start with your feet together, angling both feet diagonally to the right, while keeping your shoulders straight. With a small little jump, switch this position so that the feet are facing diagonally left, shoulders still squared. Alternate side to side. This move should feel fun and playful. Repeat eight times.
