With just five minutes of meditation and intention a day, you can achieve a more focused, balanced, and peaceful life. In this one-hour vinyasa class themed around her book Meditation with Intention, wellness consultant, yoga teacher, and Yoga Journal Contributing Editor Anusha Wijeyakumar will share a transformative meditation program she developed for Hoag Hospital in California. You will discover a five-minute meditation designed for heart opening, chakra balancing, trusting your inner truth, and embodying courage and strength. The class is open to all levels and will offer asana, pranayama, mantra, and mudra, in addition to meditation.

Raised in the philosophy of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) on her way to becoming a clinician and teacher, Anusha helps you integrate ancient yogic wisdom into a modern Western lifestyle, so you can honor the true essence and roots of the practice for a deeper sense of purpose, clarity, and self-acceptance.
