Ahhh, the warmth of the summer season beckons us to be present and reconnect with ourselves, our loved ones, and the outdoors. To truly enjoy this present moment, we must slow down and release to find ease. This one-hour, vinyasa-based yoga class will work the core to build strength and use dynamic movements to prepare the body to receive and soften into the flow. The class’s peak experience will offer the space to embody “center and surrender.”
