Rina Deshpande is a 17-year educator in NYC and across the globe. Growing up with Yoga, she studied its benefits at Harvard GSE and continues to teach classes, lead research curriculum design, and host cultural awareness trainings for various organizations and studios. She contributes to Self Magazine, the Huffington Post, Talkspace, Headspace, and currently writes and illustrates the “Ancient Wisdom, Modern Practice” column with Yoga Journal. Rina also offers an online course on the Culture and Practice of the Yama.
