Restorative yoga is a yummy, relaxing practice—a respite when you’re exhausted, injured, or you simply need to chill out after a long day or week. Holding poses for longer periods of time replenishes your energy so you feel recharged and ready to tackle your responsibilities and to-do list.

Props including yoga blankets, bolsters, and blocks are often used for restorative yoga, but if you don’t have them, that’s OK.
