John Douillard is a former triathlete with an Ayurvedic and sports chiropractic practice in Boulder, Colorado, where he lives with his wife and six children. As owner of Life Spa, he leads at-home cleansing programs based in Ayurveda and in-office panchakarmas. His books and DVDs on the subject include The Yoga Body Diet and The Colorado Cleanse.
