“Would you talk to someone you loved the way you talk to yourself?” Kimberly Campbell, founder of The Fit Gurl Studio, says we tend to be much harder on ourselves than we are on others.  She encourages you to turn down the voices in your head that are critical, shaming, or unkind—and turn up the volume on affirming self-talk. This meditation is designed to help you calm the inner critic, and show yourself some love.
