Danielle Brunson is a certified trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness instructor. She has completed more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training and emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility in her classes. She has studied polyvagal theory, physiotherapy, neuroscience, and neuroplasticity and earned her Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University. She has an extensive background in school and district leadership, professional development, and mindfulness integration in K-12 environments. She is also CEO of The Namaste Project, which brings mindfulness to adults as well as children.
