We’ve curated 30 days of gentle and (mostly) short asana, pranayama, and meditation practices to help you recommit to your practice this September! Get back into your body, tap into the stress-relieving benefits of meditation and mindful movement, and try out new styles and teachers.
Below, you’ll find a suggested schedule for 30 days of practice. Plus, a downloadable calendar to help you track. We’d love to see you in action, inspiring your community to prioritize self-care, so we invite you to tag your posts with #nationalyogamonth2020, #reigniteyourpractice, #yjnationalyogamonth, and #yogajournal. Then, at the end of the month, send us an email if you’ve managed to get on your mat every day (even if for a few deep breaths), and we’ll enter you to win one of two practice packages, including a 2nd Wind Health & Wellness Soul Mat and a Yoga Journal online training of your choosing.
