The low-carb craze has given bread a bad rap. But some determined bakeries are restoring the staff of life to its rightful glory by making healthful breads without sweeteners, preservatives, or added fat. We’ve rounded up some loaves that use sprouted grains (which means you have to keep them in the fridge); all are certified organic.
