Ingredients

  • 6 oz. soft silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (about 25 leaves)
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Combine tofu, basil, oil, lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt and sprinkling of pepper in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to small container, cover, and refrigerate at least 15 minutes or until ready to use.
