Replacing coconut cream with sorbet in these tropical treats cuts the fat to just 1g per serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple juice
 - 2/3 cup coconut sorbet
 - 1/2 cup dark rum
 - 4 tsp. lime juice
 
Preparation
- Freeze pineapple juice in ice cube trays 4 hours, or until solid.
 - Blend frozen pineapple juice, 1 cup ice cubes, coconut sorbet, rum and lime juice in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
